Complete Administration.
The testing platform allows purchased tests to be allocated to 4 groups. Each group can be named as required and each group operates independently. Additionally the test duration for each group can be independently set in the administration area. This allows for the testing of multi-level student intakes.
To each of the 4 groups two reporting email addresses can be freely set to either receive test usage information or individual score reports for each test. If the group is set for test usage, the specific number of tests (notification period) to be completed before a usage warning can also be freely set. A test usage email will contain a link prompting an up to date download in CSV format
of the results list for that group. Whether the test participant is allowed to see and print out their test results (student report setting) is also a controllable item per group and this can be easily set either yes or no.
In the administration area, a full list of operational parameters is shown including; group names, number of tests purchased and remaining, group email address settings and notification period settings including student reporting settings. At any time, a CSV format file can be downloaded showing test usage information including date of use additionally CSV file downloads per group showing complete test result records for all completed tests.
Automatic Ongoing Analysis and Search Functions.
The administration area includes a "quick to comprehend" graph showing an ongoing "averaged" calculation of test results broken down into CEFR scores A1/A2, B1, B2, C1 for each test group (student intake averages) Moreover, the graphical representation shows the aforesaid
levels independently for listening and reading comprehension together with an overall averaged estimate for both skills. Just by simply clicking a link, you can print out a very comprehensive mapping list showing all student test levels independently and
the averages per group. This list also includes an estimated re-engineered breakdown of score levels designed to clarify borderline score issues.
The complete results for any test can be shown by simply entering the TAN number for that test. Furthermore test results can be searched and listed in CSV format per month and per group.
